Property Management

The Property Management team at Epic Asset Management is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and tenant relations at over 6,500 apartment homes throughout Western Washington. Comprised of roles such as Property Managers, Regional Managers, and Resident Service Managers, this team's primary focus is to enhance tenant satisfaction and ensure efficient community management while increasing investment values.
