Vince DiVico has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vince is currently working at EPIC Behavioral Healthcare as the Director of Operations, where they oversee the organization's operational activities. Prior to this, Vince held the position of Operations Manager at EPIC Behavioral Healthcare and was responsible for managing day-to-day operations. Vince also worked as a QA and IT professional in the same company. Previously, Vince worked at Caliburn International as the Provider Network Relations Manager, where they managed relationships with healthcare providers. Before that, they served as the Provider Network Manager at Health Net Federal Services, focusing on contract negotiations and network development. Vince also worked as a Contract Negotiator at Superior Health Plan Inc and held the role of Provider Relations II at ValueOptions, Inc. In addition, they gained experience at Florida State University as a Directed Independent Study Assistant and a Resident Assistant.
Vince DiVico pursued higher education, starting with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University. Vince attended the university from 2005 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Vince went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ohio University. Vince pursued this degree from 2013 to 2015.

EPIC Behavioral Healthcare (EPIC) believes that recovery from addiction/substance use disorders and mental health disorders is real and that people can and do overcome the internal and external challenges, barriers, and obstacles that confront them. EPIC agrees that addiction is defined as a chronic, relapsing brain disease that is characterized by compulsive drug seeking and use, despite harmful consequences. EPIC also recognizes that many individuals served by our agency are challenged by a mental health disorder. While treatable, EPIC believes that substance use and mental health disorders impact all areas of an individual’s life, including all their relationships, vocational/education goals and skills, emotional well-being and their physical health. For both substance use and mental disorders, our commitment is to provide effective, affordable, evidence-based, culturally-sensitive comprehensive care to impacted individuals and families. EPIC pledges to provide quality services and care to our community’s most vulnerable citizens. We will work to improve understanding in our community about mental and substance use disorders, we will promote emotional health and the prevention of addiction/substance use and mental disorders and will increase access to effective treatment and wellness programs while supporting recovery. EPIC promises that children, adolescents, families, adults and seniors will find the support and help needed through our continuum of care to improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential while on the path to recovery from addiction/substance use disorders and mental health disorders.
