Mps Michael Plymell

Michael Plymell, MPS, CCP, is an experienced perfusionist currently working at Epic Cardiovascular Staffing since June 2020. Prior experience includes clinical perfusion student roles at Penrose Hospital, Children’s Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha, Columbia University Irving Medical Center, and Nebraska Medicine, where Michael engaged in diverse cardiac cases, including heart transplants and complex reconstructive surgeries. Michael holds a Master of Science in Perfusion Technology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. Additional qualifications include EMT-IV and EMT-B certifications. Previous roles at UCHealth included autotransfusionist, phlebotomist, and EKG technician.
