Kelly Oneal

Kelly ONeal is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in special education and skills training. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Epic Charter Schools since September 2020, Kelly has previously held roles including Works Skills Trainer at Francis Tuttle Technology Center and Assessment Specialist at Carl Albert State College. Additional experience includes positions as Intake Coordinator at CommunityCare, Head Cashier at OSU-Tulsa, and Assistant Revenue Accountant at ABF Freight. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University, earned between 2003 and 2005.
