Beth'smost recent role was as the Executive Director of Educational Technology at Epic Charter Schools, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of Educational Technology at the same school from June 2021 to July 2023.

Before their involvement in educational technology, Beth worked as the Director of Business Analyst at Epic Charter Schools from June 2020 to June 2021. Beth started their journey with the school as a Business Analyst in June 2019 and held this position until June 2020.

Beth began their career as an Educator at Epic Charter Schools in September 2015. In addition to teaching various subjects to PK-12 grade levels in a blended learning environment, they also developed a teacher toolbox website during their tenure.

Before joining Epic Charter Schools, Beth worked at Wehling Contractors as an Office Manager from June 2013 to September 2015. Beth was also pursuing a History degree during this time to obtain their teaching certification.

Prior to their transition into education, Beth served as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at NW Sign Industries from March 2004 to June 2013.

Beth began their professional journey at Meurett Sign Company in September 1993 as a Production Coordinator/Project Manager, a position they held until November 2001.

From 2018 to 2020, Beth pursued their Master of Science degree in Educational Technology at Oklahoma State University. Furthermore, in 2018 and 2019, Beth also completed an Online Teaching Graduate Certificate program at Oklahoma State University, further enhancing their expertise in the field of Educational/Instructional Technology.

Prior to their graduate studies, Beth attended the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma from 2002 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. Additionally, they simultaneously pursued another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American Indian/Native American Studies during this time.

Recognizing the importance of continuous development and diversifying their skill set, Beth has also obtained various certifications. In 2022, they acquired the PowerSchool PowerTeacher Pro for Teachers Certification, PowerSchool Front Office Certification, and PowerSchool PowerTeacher Pro Certification, demonstrating their proficiency in managing PowerSchool's educational technology solutions.

Furthermore, in 2020, they obtained the ASA 101 certification from the American Sailing Association, showcasing their competence in sailing. In 2016, Beth acquired the PADI Open Water Diver certification, indicating their proficiency in scuba diving.

Additionally, Beth holds several teaching certifications. Beth obtained the American Board United States History Secondary Teaching Certification and the American Board World History Secondary Teaching Certification in 2016, demonstrating their qualification to teach history at the secondary education level. Furthermore, they received the Oklahoma American History Teaching Certificate and Oklahoma World History Teaching Certificate in 2017, further validating their expertise in teaching these subjects to students in grades 5 to 12.
