Varsha's audit experience encompasses university-affiliated organizations, employee benefit plans, community-based care, and petroleum retailers. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, complemented by participation in Leadership Gainesville 42.

Founded in 2011, Epic Charter Schools (Epic) is Oklahoma’s largest public virtual charter school – and among the largest of its kind in the U.S. – serving approximately 30,000 students from PreK-12th grade in all 77 counties statewide.
