Richard Wilson

Rick is a Senior Project Manager with experience in project management, planning, permitting, design and construction of water, wastewater, utility infrastructure and solid waste facilities.

Richard also has experience in public involvement programs, conducting public meetings and presentations to senior management and elected officials. Richard as well has experience in conducting constructability and QA/QC reviews for utility projects.
