Carla BOURQUIN

Carla Bourquin is an experienced professional currently serving as Programs Manager at Epic Foundation since July 2025. Before this role, Carla held positions as Political Affairs Advisor at Ambassade du Mexique, and as International Project Manager at Association Sur Le Chemin de l'école, where responsibilities included managing international educational projects and coordinating scholarship programs across 12 countries. Additionally, Carla gained experience as a Policy Analyst at OECD - OCDE and contributed to the Human Rights Mexican Delegation within the United Nations Human Rights. Carla's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po, complemented by studies at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
