Corinne Smith

Corinne Smith is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in advising and managing legal matters in various sectors. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Epic Games since March 2020, Corinne previously held the position of Attorney at Wizards of the Coast from July 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing litigation and contract management for multiple brands. Earlier roles included Associate at K&L Gates, focusing on M&A transactions and assisting startups, as well as positions as Summer Associate and Summer Clerk in legal research and writing. Corinne has a robust educational background, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School, an MSt in English Literature from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Literature from Mercer University.
