Don Davis

Don Davis is an experienced legal professional specializing in employment and labor law, currently serving as the Director of Global Managing Counsel at Epic Games since January 2020. In this role, Don leads the global employment legal team and provides guidance on employment matters while collaborating with executive leadership to promote ethical practices within the company. Prior to joining Epic Games, Don held various positions at Mintz, where responsibilities included managing workplace legal challenges and seconding to Quest Diagnostics as Senior Corporate Counsel for employment law. Previous roles also include positions at Ackerman Brown PLLC, The Noble Law, and The Law Offices of John T. Orcutt, focusing on employment litigation, compliance, and counseling for businesses and individuals. Don earned a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
