Leo Rees

Leo Rees currently serves as the Director of Global Public Policy at Epic Games, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Leo was the Director of Technology Policy and Product Strategy at Milltown Partners LLP, an advisory firm specializing in business and public policy for influential organizations, from April 2018 to September 2022. Leo also contributed as a Fellow at Onward from August 2019 to July 2022, authoring the paper 'Data to the People,' which discusses a new digital social contract. Earlier experience includes consulting at Teneo Blue Rubicon, involvement as a campaigner with the Liberal Democrats, and various secondments with National Grid and Public Health England. Leo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Bristol, completed in 2013, and attended St Paul's School.
