Matt Layman is an experienced professional with a strong background in game design and health administration. At Epic Games since November 2017, Matt has held various roles including Game Designer and Senior Competitive Ecosystem Manager, focusing on operations for Fortnite competitions such as the Fortnite World Cup and FNCS. Prior to this, Matt served as a Journey to Excellence Specialist at Covenant Health from January 2014 to November 2017, leading projects aimed at process improvement and enhancing patient experiences across nine hospitals.
