Saxs Persson

Saxs Persson is the EVP at Epic Games. Saxs was previously the Mojang Studios Chief Creative Officer & Vice President at Microsoft from August 2009 to February 2022. Saxs was also the Sr. Director of 1st party XBLA and Director of the incubation group SEED. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Double Helix Games / Foundation 9 from October 2007 to August 2009. Saxs has also been the Studio Head at Shiny Entertainment from January 1997 to October 2007. Saxs started their career as a Lead Programmer at Scavenger from November 1993 to December 1996.

Saxs Persson reports to Tim Sweeney, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Alain Tascan - EVP, Game Development, Bill Clifford - VP & GM, Creator Marketplace, and Kim Libreri - CTO.
