VP of Customer Experience at EPIC IO Technologies

Chris Schmidt has extensive experience in various roles within the technology industry. Chris most recently served as the VP of Customer Experience at EPIC iO Technologies, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Customer Experience at the same company from December 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining EPIC iO Technologies, Chris held the role of Director of Digital Operations at IntelliSite from July 2020 to May 2022. Chris also worked as the Director of Customer Success at Identity Automation from March 2020 to July 2020.

From February 2013 to March 2020, Chris held the position of Director of Cloud & Development Operations at Encore Technology Group. During this time, they were responsible for managing fast-growing software operations, corporate IT systems, and private/public/hybrid cloud solutions. Chris also managed three geo-diverse data centers, including an Azure space that provided hosted email archiving, email filtering, and directory HA solutions.

Prior to this, Chris served as the Director of Cloud & Software Operations at Enboard from February 2013 to March 2020. Chris'sresponsibilities included managing software operations, deployment engineers, support teams, corporate IT systems, and cloud solutions.

Chris began their career as a Systems Administrator at CSI Technology Outfitters in October 2007, where they managed IT systems, networks, and phone systems.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Product Specialist at Activant Solutions from March 2004 to October 2007.

Chris'searliest experience in the industry was as a Senior Support & Implementation Specialist at Enterprise Computer Systems, Inc. from July 1999 to March 2004.

Chris Schmidt attended Greenville Technical College from 2008 to 2011, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. In addition to their college education, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCSA: Windows Server 2012 in May 2014, MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008, MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7, MCITP: Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008, MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration, MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuration, and MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration, all in July 2010.
