Luis Lobo Borobia

Luis Lobo Borobia is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in research and development, product development, and software engineering. Currently serving as the VP of Research and Development at EPIC iO Technologies since March 2024, Luis previously held various leadership roles at Twenty20 Solutions, including Vice President of Product Development and Senior Director of R&D. With a strong background in back-end API development and DevOps, Luis has contributed to significant software projects, including initial platform implementations using PHP and subsequent re-engineering with Node. Further experience includes consulting for startups as a Technology Advisor at Codamation and serving as CTO at FictionCity, where Luis architected a social network for artists. A graduate of Universidad de Belgrano with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Luis is currently pursuing an Executive Master in Software Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas.
