Noelia Fariña

Noelia Fariña has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Noelia began their career as an Administrative Analyst at Estudio Jurídico Dr. Edgard Camejo, where they managed a portfolio of legal cases for clients such as BBVA Banco Francés S. A. and PSA Finance Argentina Compañía Financiera S. Noelia then moved on to Onnis Instituto Oftalmológico, where they worked as a Semi Senior Accountant, focusing on payroll, taxes, and accounting tasks. Noelia also collaborated with supervisors and accounting associates to ensure timely completion of processes.

In 2013, Noelia joined Deloitte Argentina as an Auditor. During their time there, they completed several audit assignments, developed audit objectives and plans, and ensured compliance with internal control procedures. Noelia also worked as an Assistant Professor at Facultad de Ciencias Económicas UNC during this period.

In 2016, Noelia joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and took on various roles. As an Accounting Analyst, they prepared and recorded monthly journal entries and supported external and internal auditors. Noelia then transitioned to Internal Control Compliance, where they led the certification of SOX Controls and evaluated risks and processes. Their final role at FCA was Mopar Operations Control, where they collaborated with internal teams and departments to map processes and develop operational and financial controls.

Currently, Noelia is the Accounting & Finance Specialist LATAM at EPIC iO Technologies. Noelia started in October 2020 and is responsible for managing accounting and finance tasks for the LATAM region. Noelia was recently promoted to the role of Accounting Manager.

Noelia Fariña's education history begins with their high school diploma from Instituto Nuestra Señora del Sagrado Corazón, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Noelia then attended Universidad Nacional de Córdoba from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Accounting with a focus on Finance, Tax, and Accounting. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a degree in Business Administration at the same university, focusing on Business Administration and Management in general.

In 2018, Noelia Fariña enrolled in Escuela de Graduados FCE UNC and pursued a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business Management, which they completed in 2019. Their pursuit of further education continued at ESSEC Business School in 2020, where they studied and received a Master in Finance, specializing in Financial Markets.

Furthermore, Noelia Fariña has obtained several additional certifications. In August 2020, they acquired certifications in "La escucha activa," "Pensamiento crítico," "Resolución de problemas empresariales," "Reuniones eficaces," "Scrum: Roles," and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn.
