Deborah Cauchi

Deborah Cauchi is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at epic mt since October 2021. Prior to this, Deborah held the position of Human Resources Manager at Alberta from December 2018 to October 2021. With a background in marketing and office administration, Deborah has also worked as a Group Marketing Executive at Alberta Group and as a Producer at Where's Everybody. Deborah's passion for travel led her to document her adventures on Wild Feathers Blog, where she took an Adventure Break journey from Malta to Asia on a motorcycle. Deborah has pursued her education in various fields, including a PGDip in Psychology of Work from the University of Leicester and an MBA from the London School of Commerce.
