Nikolay Assenov

Nikolay O. Assenov is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience as a Chief Estimator, currently serving at Epic Management, Inc. since November 2019. Prior roles include Chief Estimator positions at Two Brothers Contracting Inc. and DMD Contracting, LLC from July 2016 to November 2019, as well as Dobco Group from September 2011 to July 2016, working for one of the largest General Contractors and Design-Builders in the Tri-State area, managing close to a billion dollars in business annually. Earlier career experiences include serving as General Manager at Mason Tech LLC and Project Manager at BETAL Enterprises. Nikolay O. Assenov earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2021 after taking general classes at PCCC in 2010-2011.
