Pangszee Ong

PangSzee Ong has a diverse work experience in the pharmacy field. They began their career in 2005 at Burnside Village Pharmacy, where they served as a pharmacist, providing primary healthcare and managing services for nursing homes. In 2008, they joined the Royal Adelaide Hospital as a Hospital Pharmacist, offering comprehensive pharmaceutical services and collaborating with healthcare professionals. They progressively moved up to roles such as Senior Pharmacist (Inpatient Operation) and Operation Manager (Senior Pharmacist) Outpatient Services, implementing process improvements and leading teams. From 2017 to 2022, PangSzee worked in various roles at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, including Senior Pharmacist (Clinical Trial), where they managed clinical research studies, and Senior Pharmacist (Clinical), providing ward-based clinical pharmacy services. In 2020, they joined James Anthony Consulting as a Business Analyst, conducting business process analysis and facilitating project communication. Most recently, in April 2022, PangSzee Ong became the Deputy Director of Pharmacy at Epic Pharmacy, where they provide high-level leadership and analyze performance metrics for business stakeholders.

PangSzee Ong completed a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Adelaide from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy with 1st class honors at the University of South Australia. In addition, they hold certifications as a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist from the Commission of Certification of Geriatric Pharmacist and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Adelaide.
