Sarah Loughrey

Sarah Loughrey is an experienced pharmacist currently serving as an Acting Critical Care Pharmacist at Epic Pharmacy since August 2017. Sarah has also held the position of Acting Anti-microbial Stewardship Pharmacist, coordinating the Anti-microbial Stewardship Program across four Uniting Care Hospitals, ensuring compliance with National Safety and Quality Health Service standards. In addition, Sarah is a Clinical Reference Lead at the Australian Digital Health Agency, providing clinical input to various Digital Health projects. Previous roles include Clinical Pharmacist in the Emergency Department at UnitingCare Health, where responsibilities included medication reconciliation and resolving medication-related issues, and rotational Clinical Pharmacist duties across multiple hospital departments. Sarah's career began as an Intern Pharmacist at Wishart Day & Night Pharmacy and continued with roles at Amcal Max Capalaba and Terry White Chemists. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy from the University of Tasmania and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from The University of Queensland.
