Jay Morgan is a Partner at Epic Pivot, where Jay leads organizations through purposeful transformation to make a positive impact in the world. Jay also serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Onrise Care, developing growth strategies for behavioral health care needs. Additionally, Jay is the Chair of the Board of Directors at Pneuma Respiratory, focusing on creating therapeutic treatments for lung diseases. Previously, Jay co-founded Pedal and held various leadership roles at Bayer HealthCare, Merck Consumer Care, Bath & Body Works, and Maybelline. Jay holds a BA in Chemistry from Ohio Northern University.
