Sydney Foster

Sydney Foster is an experienced music industry professional currently serving as the Associate Director of A&R and A&R Scout at Epic Records since July 2019, focusing on discovering and pitching new artists to label executives. Previous positions include an A&R and Marketing Intern at Universal Music Group, as well as an A&R Intern at Sony Music Entertainment and Warner Music Group, where Sydney contributed to talent scouting and digital marketing efforts. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Advertising and Marketing Communications from The Fashion Institute of Technology, graduated in 2019.
