The leadership team at Epic Records has a long history of experience in the industry, with members coming from a variety of backgrounds. Many of the team members have worked in communications and marketing for major companies, including Sony Music Entertainment and Roc Nation. Others have experience working in finance and administration for companies like BMG Music. The team also has a strong background in social media and marketing, with several members having worked as consultants in those fields.
