Kim joined EPIC in 2018 through the RPS Benefits merger after spending the last 15 years dedicated to building operational excellence. Success as a premium service, open-architecture recordkeeper relies heavily on seamless operational systems and processes. Kim's role with EPIC is to collaborate with teams to review systems, operations, and processes to assess and integrate the best solutions to create overall efficiencies, ultimately providing the best possible client experience.
