Andrey Falkov has been directly involved in the growth and development of EPIC from the beginning. As General Manager of the European branch, he is responsible for the architectural decisions, employee recruitment, personnel management and best practices.

Andrey is passionate about software development, with over 20 years of technical expertise in IT. He brings hands-on experience in various programming languages, techniques, and platforms. This experience makes Andrey a highly skilled a software engineer, and architect and manager. His extensive management expertise and recruitment for diversified projects prepared him to build effective teams. Andrey leads by example, consistently hitting project targets to achieve high performance for the clients.
