Jean Combalbert

Jean Combalbert, Pharm D, PhD, is a founder of EPICS Therapeutics, he served as CEO from April 2018 to January 2022, he is now advisor to the CEO and board member. Jean was the former CEO of Ogeda before Astellas Pharma Inc. acquisition in 2017, with more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical (Sanofi, Galderma) and various biotech companies. Since 2003 Jean has served as board member in several biotech companies active in therapeutics, he is currently Chairman of Syndesi Therapeutics. Jean is also a founder and partner of the Eden Biocapital fund which is a Venture Capital fund investing in private companies in preclinical or clinical development of innovative small molecules and/or biologics for therapeutic applications in human health.
