Jordan Razey serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Epic Valet Inc since September 2010, overseeing a team of over 150 employees, managing more than 40 service locations, and coordinating upwards of 500 events annually. Responsibilities include new account acquisition, business operations design and implementation, client retention, and day-to-day management. Previously, Jordan held the position of Field Operations Manager, where oversight included managing over 1500 events, daily operations, and a workforce of 120 employees across multiple accounts. Jordan's early career at Epic Valet Inc involved roles as Assistant Manager and Lead Valet, which focused on office duties, client interaction, and event organization. Additionally, between November 2013 and March 2015, Jordan worked as an Assistant Property Manager at FirstService Residential, managing resident relations, organizing meetings, and balancing building budgets.
