Felicia Chang

Felicia Chang is a Module Implementation Lead at Epic since May 2022, responsible for ensuring customer success in the implementation of the Lung Cancer Screening module and AI features, as well as managing internal implementation tools and processes. Previously, as a Specialty Product Lead, Felicia owned the product vision and led the national steering board for pediatric pulmonology. With a background as an Implementation Manager and Testing Lead, Felicia oversaw testing processes for enterprise software projects. Early career experiences include roles at Austin Retina Associates as an Ophthalmic Scribe and Technician, and various positions at The Johns Hopkins University, including Teaching Assistant and Lab Assistant Manager. Felicia holds a BA in Medicine, Science, and the Humanities from The Johns Hopkins University.
