Douglas Kris Murray

Douglas Kris Murray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources technology and systems management. Currently serving as the Director of HR Technology at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants since July 2019, Douglas oversees HR technology software integrations and strategies for future technology needs, successfully implementing Ceridian Dayforce. Prior to this role, Douglas spent nearly two decades at USI Insurance Services, first as Corporate HRIS Manager, managing HRIS systems for over 7,600 employees, and previously as an HR Generalist, where support was provided for HR functions across multiple states. Douglas also held positions at Nashoba Publications and NEBS, developing valuable skills in administration, payroll, and customer service. Douglas holds an MBA in Management and HR from Rivier University, complemented by graduate studies in Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
