Craig Kumpula

Craig Kumpula has a diverse work experience history in the software industry. Craig started their career at Ver-Sa-Til Associates, Inc. in 1997, where they held multiple roles, including Program Lead, Mfg Support Team Leader, and MIS Support. Craig then joined Epicor Software Corporation in 2000, where they worked as a Support Analyst, Senior Support Analyst / Team Lead, and Senior Systems Engineer. In 2010, Craig moved to Infor and worked as a Sr. Solutions Consultant, providing technical assistance and delivering software demonstrations to prospective manufacturing clients. Craig returned to Epicor Software in 2017 as a Principal Solution Engineer. Craig'sroles have encompassed various responsibilities such as troubleshooting software issues, providing support, training and mentoring, and delivering customer-facing presentations.
