Dawn Miller

Dawn Miller has extensive work experience in technical writing and content development. Dawn started their career as a Sr. Technical Associate at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies in 1997 and later worked as a Sr. Technical Writer at Avolent from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 onwards, Dawn held various roles at different companies, including Sr. Technical Writer positions at Activant Eclipse, Activant Solutions, and Intuit Eclipse. Dawn also worked as a Principal Content Writer, Product Content Owner, and Manager in content development at Epicor. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Global Content Development at Epicor.

Dawn Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Florida Southern College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Dawn also holds a certification in Cloud Foundations from Epicor Software, obtained in the year 2020.
