Doug Dzierzak

Doug Dzierzak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application consulting and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Application Consultant at Epicor since September 2019, Doug is responsible for on-site consulting and training for users of Prophet 21 across North America. Previously, Doug held various positions such as Operations Manager at Anderson Process, where oversight of daily operations ensured revenue and performance goals were met, and Inventory Manager at WIS International, responsible for the accuracy of inventory counts. Additionally, Doug has managed IT and purchasing at All World Machinery Supply Inc., oversaw operations at Catching Fluidpower, and directed technology assets as IS Manager at J.W. Winco, Inc. Doug's early career included military operations support at the National Security Agency with the United States Army. Doug is an alumnus of the University of Phoenix and attended the US Army Professional Development School.
