Linda Robinson

Linda Robinson has extensive work experience in technical writing and customer support. Linda started their career at Pulse Train Ltd as a Customer Support Specialist, where they worked from June 1988 to June 1989. Linda then moved on to The Coca-Cola Company, where they served as a Customer Support Specialist from July 1990 to December 1991. Following that, Linda joined SoftBrands (Fourth Shift Corporation) as a Senior Technical Writer, specializing in maintaining and documenting manufacturing, distribution, and financial documentation for Fourth Shift ERP software system. Linda provided extensive online manuals and user guides from March 1992 to January 2002. Finally, Linda joined Epicor Software Corp as a Principal Technical Writer, focusing on release content since August 2006.
