Melanie Dwyer

Melanie Dwyer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Melanie started their career in 2001 at Spectator's Grille and Bar, where they served as a Manager, Bartender, and Server. In this role, they were responsible for managing day-to-day operations, planning marketing campaigns, and resolving customer issues. In 2006, they joined Epicor as a Business Development Representative, where they generated prospect leads for Epicor ERP and assisted in sales marketing strategies. From there, they transitioned into various roles within Epicor, including Associate Technical Writer, Project Lead/Technical Writer, Project Lead/Scrum Master, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Director Project Management and COS. Their responsibilities included managing project plans, executing e-learning projects, leading thought leadership programs, coordinating product releases, and enabling sales and support. In their most recent role at Epicor, they served as the Vice President of Product Operations and Learning. Overall, Melanie Dwyer has demonstrated strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a track record of success in managing diverse projects and teams.
