Troy Stovall

Troy Stovall is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of TEDCO, Stovall oversees strategic development and program management to support early-stage technology and life sciences firms in Maryland. Additional roles include Board Member at Epicor Software and former Board Member and Workforce Committee Chair at the DC Chamber of Commerce. As Managing Member at LeMaile Stovall, Stovall focuses on consulting for both for-profit and nonprofit entities. Previous positions include Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at the University of the District of Columbia and Interim President at Zenith Education Group. Stovall holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
