Andras Deli is an accomplished culinary and operations professional with extensive experience in food service management. Currently serving as the Site Operations Manager at EPICURE since February 2023, Andras oversees daily operations for retirement village catering and retail facilities, managing a team of 28. Previously, as a Contract Manager at Spotless Group, Andras led a team of 67 in the Healthy School Lunches program, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education standards for nutrition and finance. Andras has held various key positions including Executive Chef at both EPICURE and SKYCITY Entertainment Group, and Executive Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Cairo and LSG Sky Chefs, where responsibilities included managing staffing, production processes, quality control, and implementing operational improvements. Andras holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Food and Beverage from Otago Polytechnic and a professional diploma in hotel management and cookery from the Hotel and Restaurant Management and Tourist Educational Center in Belgrade.
