Victoria Hsiung

Victoria Hsiung currently serves as an Associate Product Manager at EpiCypher, Inc., a position held since April 2024. Alongside this role, Victoria has been a Tutor at Mindspire Tutoring & Test Prep since August 2019, providing personalized instruction in academic subjects and standardized test preparation for middle and high school students. Previously, Victoria worked as a Senior Analyst in Programs at Innovations in Healthcare from May 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included driving project outcomes through research, analysis, and project management, as well as developing qualitative and quantitative research frameworks focused on health innovation. Prior experience also includes serving as a Program Analyst at Duke Global Health Innovation Center during the same timeframe. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Global Health from Duke University between 2014 and 2019 and graduated with a High School Diploma from River Hill High School in 2014.
