Karina Gallo

Karina Gallo is an experienced Scrum Master and Project Manager with extensive expertise in software development and functional analysis. Since July 2013, Karina has worked at Epidata Consulting, leading projects for clients such as BNP Paribas Cardif, focusing on e-commerce application development using Liferay and implementing Scrum methodologies. Previously, Karina held roles as a Functional Analyst at Swiss Medical Group for Red Hat and as an Analyst for Osde at Reserv, overseeing functional definition, effort estimation, and quality assurance. Earlier experience includes positions at TCN, Pan American Energy LLC, Telefonica, and C-NET, involving project leadership, analysis, and software development. Karina holds a degree in Systems Analysis from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
