Sophie Onado

Sophie ONADO is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and public service. Currently serving as the Secrétaire générale at EPIDE since March 2024, Sophie has held significant positions including Adjointe au directeur des ressources humaines at the Cour des comptes from December 2018 to March 2024, and Secrétaire générale at L'Agence De l'Outre-mer pour la Mobilité from April 2016 to December 2018. Prior roles include serving as Conseillère en charge de l'emploi et de la formation professionnelle at the Cabinet of the Minister of Overseas George Pau-Langevin and as Conseillère technique at the Cabinet of Minister Victorin Lurel. Sophie's expertise in employment and vocational training commenced with a long tenure at the Délégation générale à l'emploi et à la formation professionnelle, and foundational experience as an Enseignante in modern literature at the Ministère de l'Education nationale.
