Birgit Haderer

Birgit Haderer is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Supervisory Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at both Epidemic Sound and Springer Nature, Birgit has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Personio and SVP of Finance & Indirect Procurement at Zalando SE, where responsibilities included overseeing finance teams and reporting to multiple co-CEOs. Prior to these roles, Birgit worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division, specializing in natural resources and cleantech. Birgit holds a graduate degree (MBA) in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
