Solène Weill

Lead Computational Biologist at Epigene Labs

Solène Weill has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Solène began their career as a Packaging Team Operator at Fuchs Lubrifiant France in 2013. In 2015, they moved to C-Radar as a Web Developer. In 2017, they held two positions simultaneously at the Institut de Biologie de l'École Normale Supérieure as a Computer Vision Engineer and at Cranfield University as a Bioinformatics Research Trainee, where they worked on developing and comparing predictive models to assess fish products freshness and quality using metabolomic footprints. In 2020, they joined Epigene Labs as a Computational Biologist, and was later promoted to Senior Computational Biologist.

Solène Weill received a Bachelor's degree from Lycée Saint Michel de Picpus in 2012, followed by a Master's degree in Data Science and Data Mining from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) in 2017. Solène then went on to receive an Applied Bioinformactics M.S.c from Cranfield University in 2017. Additionally, they have obtained a TOEIC (955/990) from Educational Testing Service (ETS) in 2016, a Brevet d'Aptitude aux Fonctions d'Animateur (BAFA), and a Certificat Informatique et Internet from C2I.
