Erasmia Xourida has a varied work experience, beginning with a Summer Internship at School of Values in 2011. In 2016 they took on the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Oview App. The following year, they worked as a Customer Care Representative for Vodafone. In 2018, they began their tenure at Kaizen Gaming (Stoiximan/Betano) as a Customer Service Agent, eventually becoming a Junior Customer Service Agent. Lastly, they are currently employed as a Customer Happiness Specialist at Epignosis Learning Technologies.
Erasmia Xourida obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Macedonia between 2008 and 2013. Erasmia then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Marketing Research at Tilburg University from 2013 to 2014. In addition, Erasmia Xourida has also obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, namely Customer Service: Managing Customer Expectations in May 2021 and Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers in August 2020.
