Customer Success Operations Specialist at Epignosis

Katalin Bordi has held various roles in their career since 2009. Katalin started out as an Organizational Psychologist at Asociația Microregională, where they interacted with disabled teenagers and provided emotional and professional support, counseling and coaching. In 2013, they became an Assistant at EurAction, where they kept contact between families and au pair candidates and interviewed potential candidates for families. From 2014 to 2017, Katalin worked at Viacom International Media Networks Benelux as a Supervisor Technical Support Broadcast and Technology and an Operations Coordinator in Broadcast and Technology. In this role, they managed a 12 member team of Operators, provided leadership, coordinated all discrepancy reports, participated in incident management, and was a part of broadcasting live show events. Katalin also monitored and reported all incoming and outgoing signals and checked pre and on air problems, spotting and diagnosing technical faults. Since 2019, Katalin has been employed at Epignosis learning technologies, where they have held the roles of Customer Success Operations Specialist, Customer Success Specialist, Customer Success Consultant, and Customer Success Associate.

Katalin Bordi earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in Special Education and Human Resources from Universitatea Dimitrie Cantemir Targu Mures in 2008, having started their studies there in 2004.
