Kostas Pagonis

Kostas Pagonis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kostas began their career in 1986 at DATACOM GROUP of COMPANIES, where they served as the Software Development and Client Support Manager, responsible for developing business software and providing software support. From 1995 to 1999, they worked at Athens Campus Educational Institution as the IT Manager, handling software development, support, and analysis for student and library management.

In 2000, Pagonis joined Compaq as a Business Operations - Partner Operations employee, where they worked on business intelligence and reporting using Business Objects, web tools support for partners, and logistics control for demo equipment. Kostas then moved on to Virtual Trip Ltd in 2006, where they held several roles, including InsuranceManager Support, Local Office Manager, and Product Manager for InsuranceManager.

In 2010, Pagonis joined Cognity Consulting (former AtoS Hellas) as an Information Analyst, IT Administrator, and ISO Team Member. Their responsibilities included data analysis, providing technical support to local users, and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures.

Pagonis also has experience working with PEOPLECERT as an Invigilator on a part-time basis from 2005. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Epignosis Learning Technologies, a position they held starting from September 2017. Overall, Pagonis has a diverse background in software development, data analysis, IT administration, and sales operations.

Kostas Pagonis has a diverse educational background. Kostas attended the Elliniko Anoikto Panepistimio from 2000 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science and achieved a GPA of 6.92. Prior to that, they completed a Software Developer program at Datacom Computing Systems LTD from 1983 to 1984. Kostas also received their High School Diploma from the 1st Technical Lyceum Piraeus from 1980 to 1982.

In addition to their formal education, Kostas has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received the ANNEX SL APPENDIX 2 & ISO 9001:2015 certification from TÜV HELLAS. Kostas also completed the HP Standards of Business Conduct Course in 2003, offered by HP. Moreover, they acquired a certification in the programming language "C" from the Control Data Institute in 1990.
