Pinelopi Nastou

Pinelopi Nastou has three years of professional experience in software engineering. Pinelopi began their career in 2016 as a Software Development Intern at MSM Studio, where they developed an educational game called "Professor Ninja" using Oculus Development Kit 1, Leap Motion, and Unity3D with C#. In 2017, they joined Workable as a Software Engineer, where they developed an admin web application from scratch (frontend and backend) using Ruby on Rails 6, Bootstrap 4 and Postgres. Additionally, they constructed API endpoints in relevant projects and managed deployments using a CI/CD flow. Pinelopi also provided L2 support to customers, solving issues through manual Ruby scripts, log investigation, querying the database, code inspection and bug opening to the relevant teams. In 2020, they joined Epignosis Learning Technologies as a Software Engineer.

Pinelopi Nastou has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Athens University of Economics and Business, which they obtained between 2012 and 2017. In 2015 and 2016, Pinelopi also obtained a Diploma in Pedagogical & Teaching Proficiency from the same university. Additionally, they studied Computer Science at the Vilniaus Universitetas / Vilnius University from 2014 to 2015. Pinelopi also has three certifications: a Certificate of Profficiency in English from the University of Cambridge (obtained in December 2010), a Certificate of Profficiency in English from the University of Michigan (obtained in November 2010), and a Diplome d'etudes en Langue Francaise DELF B2 from the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) (obtained in September 2010).
