Theoni Velkou

Theoni Velkou has worked in various roles since 2002. In 2004, they were an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Hellas Clean Care, where they handled incoming and outgoing calls, post and mailing, and arranged the Managing Director's appointments, trips, and dinners. Theoni was also responsible for monitoring the office and travel expenses of the company. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Sales Assistant at ALEXANDRA ARAVANTINOU & SIA OE and as a Service Organization/ Managing Director Assistant and Assistant Service Organization at IKEA, HOUSE MARKET. Her roles included arranging meetings, domestic and abroad trips, business appointments and dinners, handling post and mailing, creating presentations, and negotiating corporate prices with hotels and other suppliers. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Personal Assistant to the Executive Committee at Signal Maritime, where they were responsible for ExCom schedule/calendar coordination, telephone and mail coordination, data input, information filing and organization, recruitment facilitation and administration, and financial and other transaction coordination/facilitation. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Care Direct, where they completed a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO. From 2021 to 2021, they held the roles of Sales Operations Associate at Epignosis Learning Technologies and Administrative & Accounting Assistant at OneTeam. Finally, from 2018 to 2021, they were an Executive Assistant & Communication Coordinator at Astellas EMEA, where they were responsible for administrative and organizational support to the General Manager, drafting letters and documents, collecting data and preparing reports, organizing and making arrangements for all committees, and coordinating internal and external communications.

Theoni Velkou attended the University of Piraeus from 2000 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in European & International Studies with a specialization in Marketing & Finance.
