Jim Brown

Jim Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and technical sales, currently serving as a Regional Account Manager at both Converge and EpiGrid since September 2021. Prior to these roles, Jim owned Atlanta Importers & Brokers from April 2019 to May 2021. A significant part of Jim's career was spent at Microsoft from April 2000 to April 2019, where responsibilities included serving as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect and Engagement Manager, focusing on pre-sales support and implementation of CRM and ERP solutions. Earlier experience includes working as a Systems Engineer at The Boeing Company from 1986 to 1992, where project management for an F-16 Simulator was a key responsibility. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, earned in 1986.
