Gary Grisham

Gary Grisham has over 35 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Gary began their career in 1986 as the Branch Manager at VantageParts - a Con-way company, where they were responsible for full facility set-up, human resources, safety, and hazmat for a company-owned heavy duty parts distributorship. Gary then moved to Con-way, Inc in 2000 as the Shop Manager, where they managed the repair and upkeep of 200 pieces of power equipment, as well as forklifts and linehaul trailing equipment. In 2001, they became the Garage Operations Manager at USF Glen Moore, where they were responsible for the maintenance facility and equipment repair decisions for 400 power units and a fleet of 3,000 trailers. Gary then moved to Con-way Truckload in 2004 as the Corporate Manager of Maintenance, where they established maintenance department/programs and developed and implemented policies/procedures as well as vendor network. In 2008, they returned to CEVA Logistics as the Director of Vehicle Maintenance, where they developed and implemented maintenance department and programs for CEVA business units where none previously existed. Gary then moved to Penske Truck Leasing in 2016 as the District Service Manager, and most recently joined Epika Fleet Services in 2022 as the VP Maintenance Operations.

Gary Grisham attended the University of Cincinnati from 1980 to 1982.
