Anastasia T. has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Anastasia currently holds the role of Director of People Operations & Culture at Epikast, where they are focused on redefining how biopharmaceutical companies engage with stakeholders. Prior to this, Anastasia worked as a Global People Advisor and an EMEA Recruitment | Internal Talent Advisor at Microsoft. Anastasia also gained experience as an HR Project Specialist (Recruitment) at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA). In addition, Anastasia served as an HR & Recruitment Manager at GLAMI, where they were responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies and maintaining HR policies. Anastasia has also worked at Amazon as a Recruitment Coordinator and an HR Consultant, as well as at Disneyland Paris as a Hostess. Anastasia started their career as a Communications Coordinator Intern at Archipelagos, Institute of Marine Conservation, and later served as a Communications Coordinator Intern at the HELLENIC-RUSSIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.

Anastasia T. has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University. Anastasia also obtained another MSc degree in International Marketing with Tourism and Events from IPAG Business School. As part of the EU Erasmus Program, they studied at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, specializing in the Faculty of Law. Anastasia is also pursuing a degree in International Law, International Relations, and Affairs from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. In terms of certifications, they have completed PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice and holds an IT KeyCert Diploma.
