Nazzario Pozzi

Nazzario Pozzi has an extensive work experience in the retail industry, specifically in the fields of home design, fashion, and consumer electronics. Nazzario has held executive positions in various companies such as epiLate, where they served as the CEO of the largest laser hair removal retailer in Italy. Prior to that, they were a Board Director at Visionnaire - IPE, a leading luxury home design brand, and at DesignerInc, a Palo Alto-based start-up in the home design marketplace.

Nazzario also has experience in the academic sector, having worked as an MBA Career Advisor and Deputy Chairman at the Harvard Business School Club of Italy. Additionally, they have held significant positions in prominent companies like GRANCASA, where they served as the CEO of a leading Italian specialty retailer of furnishings and accessories for the home, and Natuzzi, the largest home design brand worldwide.

Other notable roles in Nazzario's career include being a Vice President at Diesel, a renowned Italian fashion company, and the CEO of DARTY Italy, one of Europe's largest consumer electronics retailers. Nazzario also served as the CEO of HUGO BOSS Italy, a leading company in the upper premium segment of the apparel market.

Nazzario Pozzi attended various educational institutions throughout their career. In 1990, they enrolled at the Università degli Studi di Trieste, where they earned a degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences with honors, Summa cum Laude, in 1995. During this time, they also spent a year abroad at the Royal Holloway, University of London. In 1997-1998, Pozzi pursued a Master's degree in International Trade at the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade. Continuing their professional development, they completed an Intensive Program in Corporate Finance for Executives at SDA Bocconi in 2006. Additionally, Pozzi completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2011.
